The 27-year-old, who has been linked with a £60m move to Stamford Bridge this week, admitted he was keen to make a good impression during the friendly between Belgium and Colombia in Brussels.
When asked about Mourinho's presence at the Stade Roi Baudouin, Falcao told reporters: "He came here to see good football, played by good players and to see a good spectacle.
"I don't know, that is something you have to ask him. I hope to make a good impression on him," the prolific ex-Atletico Madrid star continued when asked whether Mourinho would have been impressed.
Falcao went on to insist that he is currently happy with Ligue 1 outfit AS Monaco, who he joined in the summer, but described the English top-flight as one of the best leagues around.
He added: "The Premier League is one of the most important in the world but I am playing well and enjoying Monaco."
Mourinho also got to see Eden Hazard in action, while Romelu Lukaku - who is currently on loan at Everton from Chelsea - came off the bench.
Thibaut Courtois, though, failed to come on for the 2014 World Cup hopefuls.
