Bemil Nigeria Limited, currently seeking to employ suitable qualified candidates to fill the position of Recruitment Officer.


VACANCY: RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing for suitable applicant for available position.
Interviewing and assessing prospective applicant and matching them.
Organizing interview and selection process. 
Review job description and postings to ensure that qualification requested are suitable for the task.
Drawing up and follow up short-lists/ shortpostings.
Responsible for designing induction process for new hires.
Designs recruitment advertisements.
Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs.
identifying suitable recruitment channels.
Any other reasonable tasks or duties as required by the Line Manager or organization.

Qualifications:
Minimum of OND in any related course.
Minimum of 3 years work experience.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong oral communication and writing skills.
Analytical skills.
Problem-solving skills.
IT skills.
Preferably a male.

Remuneration:
Salary Range N300,000 - N350,000.
